Today on the Weekly Rewind I’m sharing what’s been happening around here, the new projects you’ll want to see, some great ideas from around the web, and my favorite cozy Fall finds.
Weekly Rewind
Wow! They say Summer flies after July 4th….geez, it’s speeding right by now, isn’t it?? I noticed the change in the sun yesterday when I was working at my desk, it wasn’t even 5, but it was already below the tall pine trees in the woods behind my office window.
I’ve been packing up my coastal decor and getting ready for the shift into Fall. I just made the most adorable little Fall DIY project that I will be bringing to you this week, just need to take a couple more pics! It’s a combo of my favorite things: 1. cute and 2. easy!!

But don’t worry we have been squeezing out every ounce of Summer fun that we can! I mean does it get any more New England-y than going to a lobster bake by the ocean??
Our friends have an annual lobster bake at their Rockport, Ma home. Rockport is the quaintest coastal town…it’s exactly what you would picture New England looking like. It actually looks like a Hallmark movie could be filmed here!!
I wrote a story about visiting Rockport with more photos here if you’d like to see more about this popular tourist destination.
