Saturday Shares is my series sharing what’s new on Bunker Hill and fun things I found around the web and from my blogging friend’s this week.
I’m all in on Fall! The nights have started getting cool and the mornings are crisp here in New Hampshire. I usually open the front door to let fresh air in when I wake up in the morning…but I had to shut it quickly this morning because it was so chilly out!!! September is one of my favorite months in New England… there are beautiful sunrises and sunsets, it’s my favorite time to walk the beach because it’s quiet, and it’s still warm enough to wear my sandals!!
New This Week
I harvested a big armful of hydrangeas to use in my Fall decorating! I’ve had the best summer with my Endless Summer hydrangeas! I was nervous because it rained for the entire month of July (26 out of 31 days!!) and I wasn’t sure how my garden was going to do in general this Summer. I’m happy to report they have been show offs!!
For the easiest way to dry your hydrangeas check out my technique!

Harvest Home Tour
I was in the Harvest Home Tour this week with 29 other bloggers sharing some truly beautiful ideas and inspiration for Fall! I get so inspired looking at all their pictures!! My post for this blog hop was how I decorated my dining area and hutch for early Fall.
Thrifty Style Team
This week was our monthly Thrifty Style Team projects. On the second Friday of every month we all share thrifty and budget-friendly decorating ideas for your home.
This month you can see how I transformed floral foam and a bunch of dried wheat into a pretty Autumn decoration for my entryway!
Welcome Home Saturday

I got the chance to meet Kelly from The Tattered Pew and Brendt from She Gave It A Go at the Haven Conference this past July in Atlanta! They are both awesome-sauce!!

This is the first year that I’ve planted dahlias…I’m not even sure why I haven’t?? All my plants are started to bloom and I’m in love!! My friend Jennifer from The Flowering Farmhouse is where I purchased my dahlia tubers from…when she has her tuber sale again I will definitely let you know because you need them in your garden next year!!

I made a new friend!!
My husband and I went to the Todd Farm Flea Market in Rowley, Ma. last weekend. It’s an eclectic bunch of people and merchandise!! New England is full of both!!

I am so excited that you were featured in American Farmhouse Style Magazine. I cannot wait to get my copy of the magazine. I could not find one anywhere here in Southern Maryland. I looked for it in every single store. Finally, I went online and ordered it. Normally, I can find the magazine but guess the fall is very popular.
Just love your projects, sweet friend.
You are the sweetest!!I couldn’t find it at my Walmart or market either. I’m going to try the Barnes&Noble near me…you know I HAVE to make Chuck take a picture of me holding it up in a store!!
So sweet of you to share our wreath, Jennifer!! Thanks so much! 🙂
