Saturday Shares | Week 13

Welcome to lucky 13! How are you getting through February in your part of the world?? After a snow free January here in New Hampshire we got zonked with a good storm the other day, about a foot, and another storm coming in tomorrow!!

This is the time of the winter that I stare out my window at my snow covered garden and mentally start planning where I’m going to plant everything…it helps to dream about warmer days!

Do You Love Dahlias??

Me too!! Jennifer over at The Flowering Farmhouse is selling tubers from her amazing Dahlia garden. I can’t wait to grow them this Summer! She has so many beautiful varieties left too.

How I Cheer Myself Up…

What do I do when I get the winter blues?? Go to the local greenhouse of course!!

Oh, I was in a moooood last weekend and needed to cheer myself up. I instantly felt better just opening the door at the Rolling Green Nursery! Just being lost among all the beautiful houseplants for a few minutes made me feel so much better…I also brought home a few new plant babies!!

Smells can be such a mood lift! I’ve been running my diffusers all day lately. It’s nice to add a little moisture to the super dry air too.

MomRemedy Saves Me Again!

I can not tell you how many times MomRemedy Everything Household Cleaner has saved me lately!! Not only is is a great all-purpose cleaner ( it does such a great job on my stainless steel fridge….which always seems to have fingerprints and smudges)

It is also a kick-butt cleaner for stains. My husband didn’t realize his hand was bleeding (seriously, what is with husbands not noticing they cut themselves!!) and ended up getting blood on my new sectional…I ran and grabbed my MomRemedy and with a couple of squirts and wipes it looked new again (he’s lucky, right??)

The sleeve of my white winter coat got filthy from snow blowing the other day and I didn’t realize it until I took my coat out to wear today. I used my MomRemedy and look at how clean it came out!!

It’s also a Mom run small business based here in New Hampshire. I love to shop small!
