Welcome to the weekly rewind! Come see what’s been happening this week, all the new projects on the blog, and some links I love.
Weekly Rewind
Hello friends!! I hope you are enjoying Fall where you are, it’s getting chilly here! But the trees haven’t changed much where I am yet.
My October garden is turning out to be the best month of this entire weird growing season in New Hampshire! I had almost given up in August thinking it was going to be a wash but I have so many gorgeous dahlias and zinnias flowering now.
In other exciting news, I dumped my potato grow bags and got some beautiful spuds!! I got nervous when the first couple were the size of jelly beans!
Anyway, it was my first time growing potatoes and I will definitely do it next year.

On The Blog
It’s been busy on the blog and I’ve done a few fun DIY projects to use on my front porch this Fall.
First I made a large wall wooden wall sign to hang. I designed the template and you can download it (for free) and make your own Witch Parking sign.
Then I made a pretty version of a witch’s hat to display on the porch. It’s a costume hat that I aged and decorated with flowers from my garden.
And to finish off the witchy fun I headed out to the woods and collected branches and twigs to make witch brooms!! This was a really easy project!
Then I pulled all of those DIYs together along with the pressed flower pumpkins that I made recently to create a perfectly non-spooky witch-themed porch.
Shopping Finds
Target just dropped a new Thanksgiving entertaining line with serving ware and linens that are so pretty and have a vintage vibe to them.
New Thanksgiving at Target:
I know we don’t even want to think about Christmas yet!! But the Christmas tree I bought last year is back in stock on Amazon. Home Depot has it to but right now it’s $32 more there. These are the unlit version, I will keep my eye out for the prelit trees too.
It sold out right after I bought it last year and it was one item that I kept getting messages asking about. It is the most real fake tree I have ever seen.
Speaking of Christmas trees, this Home Depot Grand Dutchess T28 tree is going viral over on TikTok!! But I kept seeing it thinking who the heck is putting their trees up NOW?? I mean I start decorating earlier than most people because it’s part of the job but my leaves haven’t even changed outside yet!!
