Cottage On Bunker Hill Weekly Rewind | Vol 36

In: LIFESTYLE, Weekly Rewind

Hi Friends!! Welcome to my weekly rewind sharing what’s new here on the blog, cool things I’ve seen around the web that I think you will be interested in, and fun things that I have been doing in my life.

Like most of the Northeast, we had an enormous blizzard over the weekend. Most of New England got between 1 and 2 feet of snow…crazy right! We were oddly down to the bare ground in my part of New Hampshire so things look like they should at the end of January around here now.

What’s New On The Blog

In the first weeks of January Target releases new product lines from customer fave brands like Studio McGee and Hearth&Hand w/ Magnolia. The January Studio McGee release is so loaded with amazing new stuff!!

Target also just released a home organization line called Brightroom that is packed with really affordable and super useful merchandise.

This week I went through both lines and picked out what I think all of you will like! Let’s start with the Studio McGee Spring 2022 line…

studio McGee Picks

This large ceramic table lamp is already sold out online…so check your local store to see if they have them! (my store said there were none in stock in-store but there were a couple hanging out)

There really are so many fun little accents in the Spring line!! I want about half the things in this picture!!!

There are over 200 new products in the Brightroom home organizing line at Target to check out. In this week’s post, I broke down the new products into a few categories (Kitchen, Baskets&Bins, Utility, and Closet Organization).

My local store was stocked up with Brightroom stuff! The baskets were sprinkled on a few of the endcaps in the home department.

I love a good Pottery Barn dupe!! This week I shared 5 Pottery Barn table lamps that all retail for hundreds of dollars and found 5 similar-looking styled lamps from Target. I found some pretty close knock-offs…check it out!!

Last Days To Enter My Giveaway!!

Hop over and enter my Valentine Wreath Giveaway!! All you need to do is leave a comment for your entry…I am picking a winner on February 1st at 6 pm est!

Things I loved this week…

Here’s an entire menu for a cozy winter dinner...perfect for everyone that is snowed in right now!! Stacy at Bricks N Blooms and her monthly dinner club are sharing some yummy recipes for winter.

Seriously…how cute is this DIY Concrete Heart Planter from Meeghan at Cali Girl In A Southern World!! I’ve never tried making something with cement but this might have just convinced me to give it a whirl!!!

I am OBSESSED with the paint color that my sweet friend Tammy at White Lilac Farmhouse is using to paint this chair!! Go check out how pretty it came out...

Are you looking for fun ideas for a kid’s room?? I love, love this colorful room Ashley from At Home With Ashley DIYd for her son!! Take a tour of the Dinosaur Bedroom and check out all the DIYs!!

Coming up on the blog….

It’s all about Spring. I’m working on a few easy DIY’s, some Spring wreath ideas, and gearing up for the garden season.

Jennifer, I can’t believe 2 ft. New England gets clobbered with storms off the coast.

2ft. a bit much. We only got 3.5 because we live inland.

    Spring will come
