Ultimate Valentine’s Day Roundup

In: Decorating Tips & Tricks, DIY Decorating Projects

Today I’m joining a few of my blogging girlfriends to share our prettiest ideas for Valentine’s Day. They are sharing their beautiful tablescapes, lovely craft ideas, and inspired home decor project ideas with you today

Ideas For Valentine’s Day

I’ve always loved what a pretty holiday Valentine’s Day is…the roses, all the pinks & reds, and anything frou-frou…then I got married and with a house full of boys there was no one interested in any of those things…if you couldn’t bounce it or throw it they weren’t interested!! Thank goodness I have all my blogging girlfriends that love all of the things….

Thanks to Rachel at The Ponds Farmhouse for organizing this today.

Valentine’s Day Wreath Ideas

Do you like to make your own wreaths?? Oh, if you haven’t tried your hand a wreath making it’s a great place to start with crafting!! Here are 2 Valentine’s wreaths that are easy to make and so pretty!!

Heart wreath

Jennifer from Cottage On Bunker Hill (me!)

I put together this delicate-looking heart wreath using a piece of grapevine garland to shape the heart. Then added flowing greenery and pink berries and finished it off with just a couple of big flowers. It’s one of my favorite wreaths that I have made…and yours too!

You could create the same look using a premade grapevine heart wreath too!

Beautiful Heart Wreath

Renae from peacock ridge farm

Renae put together such a romantic look for Valentine’s Day. I love the DIY technique she used to put her heart wreath together…I’m going to have to steal that floral foam trick!!

Valentine’s Tablescapes

OK, true confession here…I wasn’t much into making my own tablescapes until the past year or so…probably because of all those boys I mentioned earlier!! But now I’m obsessed…I had to find a cabinet just for all my napkins!!

My friends Ann and Kim live on opposite coasts…Ann over here in New England with me and Kim over in the PNW…they both have amazing coastal style and I love how these girls set a table!!

Pretty in Pink

Ann from dabbling and decorating

Ann’s beautiful Maine home is filled with the most beautiful vintage and antique finds! She put together this tablescape using two sets of dishes she found out thrifting…look how pretty her tablescape looks!!!
