Christmas DIY Ideas to Decorate Your Home

One of the best reasons that I think you should be DIYing some of your decorations and home decor is that it’s so much more affordable than buying them already made! I love so many things that I see on Pottery Barn and all the other expensive catalog sites but yikes…I didn’t win Powerball!!!

So instead when I see something that I like I study it and try and find a way to make it myself…it’s a win-win!! I make it and then show you all how to do the same.

I was an overachiever last year and you can check out my 11 Christmas Ornaments That You Can Make!

Today I’m joining a bunch of my crafty friends to share some of our favorite Christmas DIYs with you. You are definitely going to want to put them on your to-do list!!

Pottery Barn Knockoff Snowflake Art

I got the idea for this winter snowflake sign from something I saw in the Pottery Barn catalog. They have a big planked snowflake piece that sells for a couple of hundred dollars!! Beautiful but a bit expensive. As soon as I saw the picture I started trying to figure out how I could duplicate it.
