Saturday Shares | Week 19

In: LIFESTYLE, Weekly Rewind

It’s the unofficial kick-off to Summer…Memorial Day Weekend! I would usually be spending the weekend planting my garden but Mother Nature is a trickster and we are having a miserable cold and rainy weekend in the Northeast. I’m so glad I didn’t put my warm jammies away!!

Instead of gardening, I dragged my husband over to the Deerfield, NH fairgrounds for the Brimfield North Country antique show. LOL, I have never imagined I would be wearing a winter coat the last weekend of May!!

How My Seed Starting Went…

For the first time in all my gardening years, I started seeds indoors! I shared what I used and how it went. This was going to be my big weekend to transplant my seedlings into the garden so you’ll have to stay tuned a little longer for the follow-up!

See how it all went HERE.

Need A Dish To Bring To A Cookout This Weekend??

This is a super easy recipe that always comes out so yummy…plus it feeds a crowd!! It’s one meal that’s on rotation in my house; you can pretty much guarantee when pork butt is on sale for 99¢ it’s going to be for dinner!!

Get my Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork recipe HERE and let me know what you think!!

My Blondies recipe is also super simple to make and always a party hit!!

My super talented friend Amy has a new paint line…how cool is that!! The colors are gorgeous.

I found the perfect piece dumpster diving this week (technically, it was next to the dumpster!!). I’m going to transform a small vanity table into a potting bench using Pop Of Color paints.

There are so many amazing shades to choose from & they all work together. Gorgeous neutrals and vibrant neons…she’s got it all covered!!

First off, I got the most comfortable & cutest crop pants that I’ve been wearing all the time!! They are on sale too!!

Do you love peonies as much as I do???…Kelly from The Tattered Pew has some beautiful free peony printables!

I’m in love with Bre’s ( Rooms For Rent) new farmhouse!! It’s everything you imagine when you think of New England charm…and she has a cool YouTube video to go with it. Check it all out HERE!

Do you love to see what people do with their yard sale scores?? I do too...here’s some great before/afters

This is a perfect simple patriotic DIY to dress your table this Summer!

Be sure to pick up the new copy of Country Home magazine to see the prettiest feature of Kim from Shiplap & Shells gardens..and of course that beautiful greenhouse of hers!! Yay, Kim!!

I just took a virtual trip with Karin to Italy…check out her adventures!! FYI, they bought an Italian palace a couple of year’s ago!!

All you need to plan a great graduation party is right here!

I know I’ve shared this cleaner before; but it always saves me from disaster!! Plus, it’s a Momtrepeneur who is rockin’ it!!

And On This Memorial Day Weekend Let’s All Take A Moment To Reflect On The Sacrifices Made For Our Country.
