Saturday Shares | Week 16

In: LIFESTYLE, Weekly Rewind

Welcome Weekend and to this week’s edition of Saturday Shares! The weather has been incredible for March here in New England and it really makes you feel joyful!!

Oh, now that the snow is gone…boy, does my garden need ALOT of work!! My husband is my go-to this Spring for blowing out all the maple leaves from my garden beds, he just had a hip replacement (because apparently he’s 90!!!) so he got himself out of gardening detail for a few months…I swear he scheduled it right after he saw my garden To-do list that I had scribbled out for this year!!!

My Yard Clean Up Must Haves

  • WORX Leaf Blower
  • Portable Pressure Washer
  • Pruning Shears
  • Shrub Rake
  • Outdoor Window Cleaner

Can You believe Easter is next weekend!! You still have time to make some of my DIY Speckled Eggs to use in your decorating.

Or either my daffodil or tulip DIY bulb planter centerpieces.

Do you follow “The Rambling Redhead” Jennifer over on Instagram?? She’s hilarious…and she has a new HGTV program!! We watched it last night and she’s a star and the show is definitely going to be a huge hit!! It’s called “No Demo Reno” so go check it out! (if you are reading this today, it’s on again tonight)

If you are looking for a wonderful period piece show to watch, have you seen “The Durrells In Corfu”?? It was a Masterpiece series that’s available on Amazon Prime. There’s 4 seasons and the cast is amazing…it’s funny too! I’m watching it for the second time.

What I loved this week from around the web!

You will love Juliet’s Northern California home! She’s sharing some fun Spring things this week.

These are the most beautiful cookies I think I have ever seen!! Almost too pretty to eat…

I’m going to make one of these birdhouse’s with sea stones.

Chuck saw this recipe on the Food Network the other day and I’m going to give it a try!

Are you a vintage junkie like me?? Go see this amazing piece Ann found!!! I’m gaga over the color!!

I love listening to The Creative Exponent podcast with Marian (Miss Mustard Seed). If you are a creative person you will love their words and wisdom!

I pre-ordered this book about growing flowers that comes out in May. All I had to do is see the cover and I was sold!!

I thought these painted bunnies were adorable!!

Well, that’s a wrap on this week’s shares!! Have a great weekend, friends!

That flower book looks like a good one! It also would make a great Mother’s Day present.
