Saturday Shares | Week 2

In: Weekly Rewind

Sharing The Best Ideas, DIYs, & Products I Found This Week.

The mornings are getting chilly here in New Hampshire, and Summer days seem further away with each one. I can tell Fall is creeping in by the way my hydrangeas have started changing their colors. My beautiful blue buds are now turning a pretty pinky-purple. So on this week’s Saturday Shares I’m going to show you some beautiful ways to use dried hydrangeas in your Fall decorating, a really cool DIY, and my new favorite candles.

Do you know how easy it is to dry your hydrangeas? Seriously, it’s super easy!! You can read how I do it here.

My first share is my friend Misty over at Back Porch Bliss. She put together the prettiest Fall tablescape with a farmhouse coastal flair!! I love coastal anything..probably because I’ve lived my whole life living near the ocean…now I want to go to the beach and watch sunrise …BRB!

Back to Misty’s amazing Fall tablescape, I admire a beautiful table and it’s the one decorating thing that I don’t do myself. She put together the prettiest Fall centerpiece using dried hydrangeas, branches, and sweet white pumpkins!

I am so drawn to navy and white lately! The navy accents pop next to the neutral whites.

Wouldn’t you love to have dinner at Misty’s table?

dabbling & DECORATING

Ann over at Dabbling & Decorating is a fellow New Englander. I’ve admired her classic New England style for awhile now on Instagram.

She took her Limelight hydrangeas and put them in an old crate…and it was genius!! I must have scrolled her blog pictures 10 times because they were so captivating.

Sometimes it’s the simplest displays that are the most striking!

Beautiful, classic New England style!

the curated farmhouse

I saw the coolest little DIY project the other day!! I had to share it because I know you will love it too! It’s one of those “why didn’t I think of it” kinda things.

Wendy, over at The Curated Farmhouse, DIY’d these vintage looking apothecary bottles…can you even believe they aren’t actually old!!! I am definitely putting this one on my to-do craft list!

I love how she mixed them into her Fall decor.

You HAVE to visit her site it is DREAMY!!

I have to share my new front door color crush! Michelle over at searing.styles just updated her front door color and I-AM-IN-LOVE!!

I told you…the color is beautiful!! It’s Sherwin Williams “Still Waters”…I think I might have to do my front door too!!

So pop over and check out Michelle’s beautiful home and say “hi” to her and her cute puppy Hazel!

favorite new find

I have to share my friend Amy over at Oldfield Society. She makes the loveliest candle scents and each one is named after a famous classic author! Bonus, she is also a New England girl!

I’ve been burning Emily Dickinson all week!! (That doesn’t sound very nice) and my Mom stole Emily Brontë…

Really, she has wonderful candles and also those adorable matchbox houses that you can see in my picture.( She also has a line of reed diffusers.)

That brings me to the end of Week 2 of my Saturday Shares. I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoy sharing them.

Have A Wonderful Week Friends!
