Neutral Bedroom Inspiration
I’ve seen bleached/ light wood everywhere! The neutral decor look is one of the trends that is definitely sticking around for a while.
My Pottery Barn look board are items from the new Cayman Melange Bedroom.

I don’t just hunt for similar pieces—I dig into reviews and customer photos (those real-life snaps are gold) to make sure you’re getting quality without compromise.
The best part? You could buy this entire ‘look for less’ bedroom—bed, nightstands, and all—for less than PB’s bed frame alone. (Though yes, that original PB bed is dreamy… but is it $700 dreamier?
Having fun with these?? I am, so let’s do another one!!
Casual Dining Room
Here I put together a classic and casual dining room look that would be perfect for everyday use. Perfect for a modern family to relax in and catch up on their day…nothing stuffy here!

- Total around $1,000
Let that number sink in: $4,000 in savings—enough to furnish my entire house (or take a vacation!).
I have the Walmart bench—it’s solid wood and looks way more expensive than its price tag. And that dining table? Just as sturdy as Pottery Barn’s version, but with way less guilt when you spill pasta sauce on it.
Pro Tip: The rug I chose comes in four gorgeous colors (I love the blue in a bedroom). It’s officially on my ‘obsessively good deals’ list for future projects
Coastal Entryway
Pottery Barn’s coastal entryways scream ‘beach house chic’—think woven textures, driftwood tones, and effortless organization. Here’s how to get the look without the splurge!
Pottery Barn Coastal Entryway Look

- Ludlow Console Table
- Linen Wrapped Books
- Clift Glass Table Lamp
- Sailboat Painting
- Rattan Boxes
- Fossilized Shell Bowl
- Candlesticks
- Oversized Branch
- Handwoven Natural Vase
- Jute & Wool Rug
Budget-Friendly Coastal Entryway

- Decorative Linen Books– (Amazon)
- Textured Glass Lamp -(Lowe’s)
- Sailboat Art– (Lowe’s)
- Decorative Rattan Boxes-(Amazon)
- Seashell Bowl– (Amazon)
- Candlesticks– (Amazon)
- Ficus Branches– (Amazon)
- Seagrass Vase– (Amazon)
- Tonica Console Table– (Wayfair)
- Jute & Wool Rug-(Rugs USA)
Both the Pottery Barn look and the budget-saving version will bring that casual, coastal feel to your entryway. I love the look of a clear glass table lamp on a console! It instantly makes your space light & airy. Adding a pop of blue with a painting, especially one of sailboats, ties in the coastal feel to this look.
Creating a home you love shouldn’t require a celebrity budget—and this post proves it!
From media consoles to dining sets, we’ve uncovered over $9,00 in combined savings (yes, really!) while achieving the same elevated Pottery Barn aesthetic. The secret? Knowing where to look—and trusting real customer experiences over brand names.
My biggest takeaway? Luxury isn’t about price tags—it’s about pieces that make your space feel uniquely you. Whether you splurge on one PB staple or recreate every look for less, remember: great style is about creativity, not cost.

Thanks Kimmy!!
Jennifer, I alway love your Pottery Barn dupes. I love me some Pottery Barn, but sometimes you have to either catch things on a super sale, clearance or find good dupes. Your currated dupes are better! BTW, I have those linen books in my office makeover from Amazon. They are great storage and so pretty!
I loved those books too!!
Jennifer, thank you for putting together this post! It is so helpful to find similar PB items for less cost! We appreciate all the hard work you put into this

Great knock offs. Thanks for putting in all the time to find them.
Thanks, Deborah!! I’m working on a Spring/Summer version now.
This is great! Do you scour websites for hours or is there an easier?
Oh Wendy, these take me a long time to put together! I usually do big ones like this little by little over a couple of weeks. It takes time to find good knock-offs that have good reviews…I don’t want to recommend junk!! But it’s like a little game to see how close I can find the dupe of the PB item!
Love all of these ideas. Do you have any dupe tips for the Pottery Barn Linwood Platform Bed?
I’m looking now! So far, no luck! I will email you w/ a link if I find a good one.
I’m all about the looks for less! Love these roundups!
They are fun to make!!
Hey Jennifer, I love these knock off looks you have found!!! I was just in a Pottery Barn store yesterday and saw a rug that I loved. Would you be able to find something similar?
