Oh my gosh, this month has been a blur…lots of hot glue, glitter, & greenery flying around this place!! Everything is decorated but I have to admit I just walked by my tree in the kitchen and thought to myself “hmmm, maybe that will come down Sunday morn…”!!
As much as I love all the things about Christmas after it’s over I crave a clean cozy space to hibernate for the rest of the New England winter!!
There’s been so much going on and I think I’m surviving on coffee and Christmas cookies at this point!!
Speaking of cookies…I went to a super fun cookie exchange last weekend (can you believe I have never been to one before!!)!
But you have to see the cookies I made…I’m telling you MAKE THESE COOKIES!!!!
Hot Cocoa Cookies
In other fun holiday festivities…look at this big gingerbread house party!! From little kids to kids that I’ve known since they were little kids (now in college) all sat down on a snowy night to build their masterpieces!!
It was the first snowstorm of the season!! I really didn’t think we were going to have a white Christmas but I guess we will be now!!

Last Week On The Blog
I wrapped up all my Christmas stuff on the blog…Merry Christmas to All and To All A Good Night!!! Now to enjoy everything that I have put together the past month!! Here’s what’s new…
Classic Christmas red & green
Come see how I used the classic red, green, and white in my kitchen & dining area!! Of course, there’s a bit of vintage charm tossed in there too!!
natural & neutral christmas tree
I shared my living room Christmas tree and all the natural and neutral-toned touches I added this season. I really love winding down at the end of the day with the glow of lights on this pretty tree!
11 Ornaments that you can make
Did I really make 11 different ornaments...yes, yes I did…I didn’t realize it until I started putting them all together for this blog post!! No wonder I’m so tired!!
outdoor winter planters
I put together super simple planters out on my front porch. I cut all the greens from my woods so they didn’t cost me a thing either!!
Loving how great your home looks for the holidays!!! Thanks so much for sharing my proscuitto recipe – its really good – we are making sammies with them this week!
