Saturday Shares | Week 20

In: LIFESTYLE, Weekly Rewind

Hey friends!! Welcome back to Saturday Shares! I took a little break for a couple of months to carve out a little more time for my garden. We’ve had the weirdest summer up here in New Hampshire….so….much….rain!! It’s rained 19 of the 25 days of July so far!

To get back in the swing of things I thought I would answer a few questions that people have been asking me.

How is your garden doing?

Well, the 12 inches of rain we’ve had this month has certainly been a huge challenge, to say the least!!! Whenever I have time to work in the garden it’s been either raining or the ground is completely drenched.

Needless to say, the weeds are having a field day!! The pathways in my garden are covered with little weeds so I hope I can spend part of the day getting things back in order.

My veggies are growing despite the lack of sun…I think they are a few weeks behind, but still look super healthy!

I’m so glad I expanded the garden this year! The extra space has worked out so well for my cutting garden.

My black eyed susan vine has made it to the top of my diy garden tower!

You can check out how I made this garden tower using a cheap tomato cage HERE.

I made the cutest wreath for my garden gate! check it out!

What have you been doing this Summer?

In June I took a trip to Waco!! It’s been on my bucket list for a few years. It was a blast! It was so cool seeing something in real life that you’ve seen on TV so many times.

Here’s a post I wrote on everything Magnolia.

Even better than going to Magnolia was staying in one of the Magnolia vacation rentals…the Hillcrest Estate. Let me tell you it was just gorgeous! Every detail was so beautiful.

there was so much to share from the hillcrest estate! you can see a tour of the inside and also i have a tour of the grounds.

Last weekend I was in Atlanta for the Haven Conference. Haven is a conference for DIY/ Home bloggers and YouTubers. It was such a great experience and I’m working on a post about the entire thing.

In funny news, they gave the girl that is afraid of heights a corner room on the 22nd floor with a balcony… beautiful view but you couldn’t pay me to step foot on the balcony!!!!!

What’s new on the blog?

I just did a quick update in my living room. An hour can make such a big difference in a space!

You can go on the prettiest virtual garden tour! Take a stroll right from your couch.

I’ve been crushing on the New Studio McGee launch for early Fall at Target!!! Oh, so…many…pretty…things!!!

Here are a few of my favorites!!

Well, I think I’ve caught you all up on what’s been going on here on Bunker Hill!
