See How I Used My Amazon Flowers
I have a few bunches of artificial Spring flowers that I got from Amazon in my home already.
Let me show you how I am using them right now!
White Peonies
On my coffee table, I placed a bunch of white peonies in what is actually a BHG planter. ($5.48)..but looks great with flowers in it for a neutral look that blends in with my living room style.
Cream Tulips
On my dining table, I filled a round green glass vase (IKEA) with creamy white tulip stems that I purchased a few years back.
It’s amazing how real they look when you see them. One secret to getting more realistic-looking fake flowers is to take the time to bend the stems into a more natural look.
Keeping the tulips stick straight would look awful…wouldn’t it?? Definitely would be sooo fake looking!!
Simple Tulip Arrangement
Let me show you how to create a simple pink tulip arrangement that looks so pretty for Springtime!
This is so easy and only takes a couple of minutes to put together.
For the vessel to hold the arrangement I’m using this black planter that I got from Walmart for $8.97 (looks more expensive for sure!)
To help the tulips stay in place in the planter I bent the bottom of the stems into a U shape.
Then I started placing tulips around the perimeter of the bowl planter. Bending the stems to mimic real drooping tulips.
After I had the edges filled in with tulips I started sticking stems into the center part of the planter until I thought it looked full enough.
Super easy to do and I love how the black and pink look next to each other.
I do love real tulips and flowers in my home but with the strides that have been made with the look and feel of the fake ones it’s a good alternative…and also just a one-time commitment that will last for years!!
These tulips are 2 or 3 years old and still look brand new.
These flowers are beautiful and you give them a magical touch.
Thanks, Diana!!
