Pre-made chalk paint can run more than $30 a quart. I’ve found an easy DIY method that works great and only costs a few dollars-plus you can make any shade you need!
You only need 3 ingredients for this:
- 2 TABLESPOONS PLASTER OF PARIS
- 2 TABLESPOONS WATER
- 1 CUP LATEX PAINT
Mix the Plaster of Paris and the water together in a container until smooth, then add to the cup of paint and mix with a stirrer until thoroughly combined. That’s it…wasn’t that easy!!!
