You will need 1 ½ pounds cooked boneless chicken breast. Shred the chicken with a fork. .
In a large saute pan on medium heat add shredded chicken and ¾ cup of Louisiana hot sauce. Stir to combine until warmed through.
Add 2- 8 ounce packages of cream cheese and 1 cup Ranch dressing to pan.
Stir constantly on medium/low heat until the cream cheese has melted and everything is evenly combined.
Turn off the heat. Add 1 cup of finely shredded cheddar. Stir until the cheese has melted.
The Buffalo chicken dip is best served warm. We love to eat it with Stacy's pita chips but you can use crackers or tortillas too.
