This New England Lobster Cobb Salad is a delicious and easy summer recipe that is sure to please. It's made with fresh lobster, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, and eggs, all tossed together with a creamy lemon dill dressing.

01. Lobster

To make the salad, start by steaming the lobster. Once the lobster is cooked, remove the meat from the shells and chop it up.

02.  Ingredients

Prepare the rest of the ingredients: hard boil the eggs, cook the bacon, and slice the avocado, tomatoes, and use either blue or feta cheese..

To assemble the salad, layer the lettuce on a plate. Then, top with the lobster, bacon, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, cheese, and croutons.

If you making ahead of time, wait until just before serving to cut the avocadoes to prevent browning.
