How to Make a DIY Air Plant Terrarium

Air plants are a beautiful and unique addition to any home. They are easy to care for and can thrive in a variety of conditions.  If you are looking for a cool idea try this DIY air plant terrarium.

01. Terrarium Dish

 Find a clear glass dish with a wide mouth to use for the terrarium. Fill the bottom with sand, gravel, or small pebbles.

02.  Materials

Air Plants Sand, gravel, or pebbles Various Seashells Driftwood

This is going to be a coastal-themed terrarium. An air plant fit perfectly into the split of this driftwood.

Fill Terrarium

Another fun idea is to use a sea urchin shell to hold an air plant.

Small Additions

After adding the bigger elements to the terrarium fill in with smaller shells and moss.
