All you need is some patriotic fabric and a wire wreath form.

Make a big pile of each fabric. You can use whatever size and shape of wire wreath for this project. I'm using a 24 inch frame. (really big!!)

Tie a piece of fabric around the middle 2 wires and knot on top, then do the outer 2 wires.
