BLONDIES

This is my son's favorite thing that I bake. It's a great option when you are craving chocolate chip cookies but don't want to spend the time scooping the dough.

Ingredients

  • sticks melted butter (cooled)
  • cups brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • teaspoons vanilla extract
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • cups Nestle Triple Chip Morsels (you can use any combination of milk,semi, white, or peanut butter chips)

Instructions

  • PREHEAT OVEN TO 350° AND GREASE A 9x13 INCH PAN.
  • Whisk together the brown sugar and melted butter until they are combined; Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until everything is combined.
  • Whisk the dry ingredients in a separate bowl (flour, baking powder,and salt).
  • Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until they are thoroughly combined. Fold in your chips.
  • Bake for 23-25 minutes (The top will be shiny and cracked just like brownies when they are done).
